Thank you for considering The Diamond Condo at The Cove Guest House Event Venue for your stay in Prescott, Wisconsin. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional experiences, we offer The Diamond Condo for individual reservations when the venue is not scheduled for events.
Reservations for The Diamond Condo can be made up to 120 days in advance through our online booking system. For reservations beyond this time frame, we kindly ask that you reach out to us directly with your inquiry. Each reservation request will be carefully considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure we meet your needs and expectations.

The Cove Loves Pets Policy
- Max of 2 dogs
- Dogs must be well behaved and not aggressive. Any dog that barks or disrupts anyone will be asked to leave.
For individual suites the balance is due when the reservation is made.
For whole Guest House rentals 50% is due when the reservation is made, the balance is due 90 days before check in.
Cancellation & rescheduling requests are honored as follows for whole Guest House reservations.
- Guest receives 90% refund if request occurs at least 90 days before arrival;
- Guest receives 50% refund if request occurs at least 60 days before arrival;
- No refunds for request within 60 days of arrival.
Guests are offered two different travel insurance options. Guests that decline travel insurance and request to cancel inside the cancellation window will not receive a refund.
Cancellation & rescheduling requests are honored as follows for individual suite reservations.
- Guest receives 90% refund if request occurs at least 14 days before arrival;
- Guest receives 50% refund if request occurs at least 7 days before arrival;
- No refunds for request within 7 days of arrival.
