This vibrant shared space, available to all Cove Guest House guests (four condos total), is packed with activities and amenities to enhance your stay. Challenge your friends to a high-score battle on one of the five arcade machines, showcase your skills at the dartboard, or engage in a friendly match at one of the two ping pong tables. Need a break? Relax and stream your favorite shows or movies on the 50″ smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. Yes The Cove Guest House is dog friendly. 

The Cove Loves Pets Policy

  • Max of 2 dogs 
  • Dogs must be well behaved and not aggressive. Any dog that barks or disrupts anyone will be asked to leave. 

For individual suites the balance is due when the reservation is made.

For whole Guest House rentals 50% is due when the reservation is made, the balance is due 90 days before check in.

Cancellation & rescheduling requests are honored as follows for whole Guest House reservations.

  • Guest receives 90% refund if request occurs at least 90 days before arrival;
  • Guest receives 50% refund if request occurs at least 60 days before arrival;
  • No refunds for request within 60 days of arrival.

Guests are offered two different travel insurance options. Guests that decline travel insurance and request to cancel inside the cancellation window will not receive a refund.

Cancellation & rescheduling requests are honored as follows for individual suite reservations.

  • Guest receives 90% refund if request occurs at least 14 days before arrival;
  • Guest receives 50% refund if request occurs at least 7 days before arrival;
  • No refunds for request within 7 days of arrival.

Guests are offered two different travel insurance options. Guests that decline travel insurance and request to cancel inside the cancellation window will not receive a refund.
