Welcome to The Ruby Suite at The Cove Guest House | a cozy yet luxurious escape in the heart of downtown Prescott.

This charming suite accommodates up to four guests with one private bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private bath. The inviting living room includes a full-size sofa that converts to a queen bed, a TV, and an electric fireplace for a relaxing night in.

The well-equipped kitchen, with full-size stainless steel appliances, makes preparing meals a breeze. The vibrant bath adds a touch of charm with its colorful patterned tub/shower, and the private bedroom ensures a peaceful night’s rest.

The highlight is the expansive 300-square-foot private deck, offering stunning downtown views, a fire table, and cozy seating—perfect for relaxation. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to the rooftop patio and clubhouse, featuring an outdoor living room with a TV, fire table, water features, ping pong tables, a dartboard, and WiFi.

Get ready for endless fun and entertainment at The Cove’s brand-new arcade and game room! This vibrant shared space, available to all Cove Guest House guests (four condos total), is packed with activities and amenities to enhance your stay. Challenge your friends to a high-score battle on one of the five arcade machines, showcase your skills at the dartboard, or engage in a friendly match at one of the two ping pong tables. Need a break? Relax and stream your favorite shows or movies on the 50″ smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. The game room is designed to bring excitement, connection, and convenience to your stay at The Ruby Suite. Let the good times roll!

Check in is 4 pm, check out is 11 am. Early check in options are available to add during the check out process.

Yes The Cove Guest House is dog friendly. 

The Cove Loves Pets Policy

  • Max of 2 dogs 
  • Dogs must be well behaved and not aggressive. Any dog that barks or disrupts anyone will be asked to leave. 

For individual suites the balance is due when the reservation is made.

For whole Guest House rentals 50% is due when the reservation is made, the balance is due 90 days before check in.

Cancellation & rescheduling requests are honored as follows for whole Guest House reservations.

  • Guest receives 90% refund if request occurs at least 90 days before arrival;
  • Guest receives 50% refund if request occurs at least 60 days before arrival;
  • No refunds for request within 60 days of arrival.

Guests are offered two different travel insurance options. Guests that decline travel insurance and request to cancel inside the cancellation window will not receive a refund.

Cancellation & rescheduling requests are honored as follows for individual suite reservations.

  • Guest receives 90% refund if request occurs at least 14 days before arrival;
  • Guest receives 50% refund if request occurs at least 7 days before arrival;
  • No refunds for request within 7 days of arrival.

Guests are offered two different travel insurance options. Guests that decline travel insurance and request to cancel inside the cancellation window will not receive a refund.
