Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.


We also offer early check-in and late check-out options. For weekday stays, corporate events, or retreats, early check-in may be available as early as 7:00 AM and late check-out as late as 8:00 PM—just ask for availability and rates.

Yes—we’re pet friendly and happy to welcome your pup!
For condo stays, the pet fee is $28 per stay, with a limit of two dogs per reservation.
For whole guest house bookings, the fee is $28 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of two dogs total.

For individual suites the balance is due when the reservation is made.

For whole Guest House rentals 50% is due when the reservation is made, the balance is due 90 days before check in.

Cancellation & rescheduling requests are honored as follows for whole Guest House reservations.

  • Guest receives 90% refund if request occurs at least 90 days before arrival;
  • Guest receives 50% refund if request occurs at least 60 days before arrival;
  • No refunds for request within 60 days of arrival.

Guests are offered two different travel insurance options. Guests that decline travel insurance and request to cancel inside the cancellation window will not receive a refund.

Cancellation & rescheduling requests are honored as follows for individual suite reservations.

  • Guest receives 90% refund if request occurs at least 14 days before arrival;
  • Guest receives 50% refund if request occurs at least 7 days before arrival;
  • No refunds for request within 7 days of arrival.
