Can I see the space before booking my event?
Yes—and we highly recommend it! Events tend to run smoother and hosts have a better overall experience when they’ve seen the space in advance. To schedule a private tour of The Cove Guest House, text 715-600-6406 and ask for Megan.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 90 days before check-in will receive a 90% refund. The 10% cancellation fee is based on the total reservation amount. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 90 days of arrival.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes—we’re pet friendly and happy to welcome your pup! The cost is $28 per day, per dog, with a maximum of two dogs per reservation.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to check-in.
What types of events can we host at The Cove?
Just about anything! The Cove has hosted micro weddings, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, corporate events, retreats, bachelorette and bachelor weekends, and more. If it’s worth celebrating, it’s welcome here.
When is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
We also offer early check-in and late check-out options. For weekday stays, corporate events, or retreats, early check-in may be available as early as 7:00 AM and late check-out as late as 8:00 PM—just ask for availability and rates.
